Description

The Altus team supports a high-impact program designed to deliver rapid intelligence and cyber solutions to mission partners across various government sectors worldwide. Our work involves a broad spectrum of services, including intelligence operations, cyber defense, technical support, and emerging threat innovation. In this role, you’ll immediately contribute to securing and supporting essential mission systems across the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Focuses on DoD 5000.02 artifacts and documentation to perform requirements analysis, including decomposition of high-level requirements into artifacts assignable during Agile program increments and sprints

• Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems lifecycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement

• Interact with project teams regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

• Responsible for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with Technical Process Area, Enterprise Process Area, and Agreement Process Area

• Contribute to the development of systems engineering plans, initial capability documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents

• Supervise and mentor subordinate project and innovation staff

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline.

• 5 years of position-specific relevant experience
